When Making a Payment: Please make a payment after you have recieved your monthly bill through e-mail that states the amount you owe, and be sure to include the website(s) that you are paying for. If you pay extra, you will be fully refunded the extra. If you want to pay a fixed yearly or monthly amount then you should proceed to talk to me about this.

Nameservers: (NS1.HLRSE.NET, NS2.HLRSE.NET) or (NS1.BLUETOAST.ORG, NS2.BLUETOAST.ORG)

Byte Standard: There are 1024 MegaBytes (MB) in 1 GigaByte (GB).

Account Closure or Shutdown: If you are closing an account, please e-mail me with the PayPal account you are using to pay for your website(s), and the websites (or accounts) you are closing. If you are being shutdown for infringing or violating our Terms of Agreement (also known as Acceptable Use Policy) you will be given a 7-Day notice and grace period to backup your content before the account is permanently deleted.

Downtimes: We do not make a guarantee to have a 100% uptime, but will try to let customers know ahead of time of any planned server maintenaince or downtimes.

Custom Plans: If you want a custom plan then you have to contact me (and I don't guarantee the best prices for custom plans either). This is incase you want to pay a fixed monthly payment or yearly payment.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share or sell any sensitive information to anyone. Your website account alone may be subject to investigation if we are suspicious to illegal activity though.

Complaints: If you have any complaint about anything, including recent payments or something - please talk to me rather than taking legal action or something. I am willing to co-operate with you if you co-operate with me.
